Peshawar: Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder Imran Khan has said she has come to know in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi that she is nominated in 42 cases.Protective bail plea of Aleema Khan came up for hearing before Justice Waqar Ahmad and Justice Farrukh Jamshed in Peshawar High Court (PHC) Monday.The court granted protective bail to Aleema Khan for four weeks.Alam Khan counsel for petitioner said there was no case against her till Thursday. She is on bail in the cases registered against her. She has been included in 42 cases after Thursday.Justice Waqar Ahmad said you should have appeared in respective court.The counsel said it is difficult to appear in 42 cases.During this Aleema Khan tried to talk but judge stopped her saying your counsel is talking.Later court granted protective bail to Aleema Khan for 4 weeks.Talking to media men outside court, Aleema Khan said cases were registered against her for bringing messages of Imran Khan outside the jail.I came here for protective bail. I came to know in ATC Rawalpindi that I am nominated in 42 cases. It was said there that I bring Imran Khan message outside the jail. All bring message of PTI founder outside. But no case has been made against some one else.She held family of Imran Khan is not being allowed to meet. I have to bring out my brother from jail. Tomorrow I will go to Adiala jail. I will go to Islamabad High Court too.She said PTI founder has given message for Junaid Akbar to resign as chairman Public Accounts Committee.PTI founder has said Omar Ayub be made chairman Public Accounts committee. He has given message to Junaid Akbar to launch movement.Funds are needed for NUML university, therefore, I go from place to place.She held a squadron leader was martyred in Pakistan-India tension. Officers embraced shahadat. We achieved success due to performance of our pilots. They should be appreciated.She pointed out no one has met PTI founder since two weeks. Our mission is to fight the case of our brother and to m ake efforts for his release.
