Rawalpindi: Aleema Khan sister of PTI founder has prayed the court to summon 21 prosecution witnesses including interior minister, information minister, provincial information minister and other important personalities in November 26 protest case.
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi while admitting the plea of Aleema Khanum for hearing has issued notices to the respondents for today (Wednesday).
Aleema Khan has received questionnaire issued by the court under section 342 of criminal procedure.
Questionnaire contains 37 questions.
During the hearing of the case registered in police station Sadiq Abad against 11 accused including Aleema Khan . Muhammad Faisal Malik counsel for Aleema Khan requested the court to summon 21 prosecution witnesses.
Aleema Khan appeared in the court along with her counsels Muhammad Faisal Malik and Naeem Punjotha. Prosecution team comprising senior prosecutor Zahir Sahah was also present in the court.

The court while admitting the petition for hearing has issued notices to the respondents for today.
The further hearing of the case will take place today (Wednesday).
