Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has ordered to arrest and present Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi for not appearing persistently in the court in the case pertaining to allegations against state institutions..
As per media reports the case came up for hearing in the court of civil judge Abbas Shah . Sohail Afridi did not appear in the court despite being summoned.
Upon it the court while maintaining non- bailable arrest warrants ordered to arrest KP CM and present him before it besides adjourning the hearing of the case till June 18.
The case was registered by the National Cyber Cri?e Investigation Agency (NCCIA)
against Sohail Afridi under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (Peca)..
