Islamabad: Hearing of the case pertaining to allegations by KP Chief Minister (CM) Sohail Afridi against state institutions will take place on March 26 in Sessions Court Islamabad.

The court has already issued his non -bailable arrest warrants twice due to his absence.

Senior civil judge Abbas Shah will hear the case against Sohail Afridi.

On previous hearing the court had ordered to arrest Sohail Afridi and present him before it. The court had adjourned hearing of the case till March 26.

It is pertinent to mention here NCCIA has registered case against Sohail Afridi under PECA act.
