Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while declaring the FIA report unsatisfactory in the case against director anti corruption KP Siddique Anjum and others in connection with alleged social media campaign against judge Hummayun Dilawar has ordered to file report again.
The court has upheld the order staying conducting the case in trial court.
Justice Babar Sattar of IHC has remarked how can any one get register complaint from the side of judge. In FIA report, it has been mentioned about ruining the dignity of judiciary through campaign.
You know campaigns based on malafide intent were launched against how many judges of this high court. FIA said in the matter of high court judges nothing is known who is doing. In this case FIA came to know about every thing while judge himself had not filed complaint.
He gave these remarks during hearing of the case on Monday.
Counsel for FIA said during the hearing of the case report has been filed from the side of DG FIA. Report of DG FIA corroborates our stance.

According to co-accused there was political pressure for social media campaign. How we will defend it.
As per petitioner the statement given by co-accused before magistrate is on the record. He has not said as such in his statement.
On inquiring from Justice Babar Sattar FIA counsel said judge had not filed any such complaint with FIA. His nephew had lodged complaint.
Justice Babar Sattar remarked how can one get lodge complaint from the side of judge.
The court while ordering FIA to file report again adjourned hearing till May 19.
