Srinagar: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has condemned the ongoing killing spree coupled by massive crackdown by Indian troops saying that the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir have long borne the weight of a brutal conflict imposed upon them by the unresolved Kashmir dispute.

According to media reports, APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas in a statement issued in Srinagar said, among the most horrifying manifestations of this unresolved crisis are the recurring extrajudicial killings carried out by Indian forces with impunity.

'These killings, often staged as fake encounters, have claimed countless innocent lives, shattering families and leaving a trail of agony across the region,' he said.
