April 12 fixed for indictment of Sardar Tanvir Ilysas former AJK PM

Islamabad: Judicial magistrate Islamabad has fixed April 12 for indictment of former Prime Minister (PM) AJK Sardar Tanveer Ilyas in the case of misuse of diplomatic passport.

The court has also accepted exemption plea of Sardar Tanveer Ilyas for Thursday.

Judicial magistrate Ahmad Shahzad Gondal took up case of misuse of diplomatic passport against former PM AJK for hearing.

The exemption plea was filed by Sardar Tanvir Ilyas which was accepted.

The court while distributing copies of challan to the counsel of the accused in connection with indictment fixed April 12 for indictment.

The court adjourned hearing of case till April 12.

Case is registered against former PM AJK Sardar Tanvir Ilyas in FIA.
