Islamabad: Change has been made in Supreme Court (SC) bench hearing article 63-A review case due to non participation of Justice Mansoor Ali Shah in SC practice and procedure committee meeting.Justice Naeem Akhtar Khan Afghan has been included in the bench hearing article 63 review case.Practice and Procedure committee met in SC on Tuesday .Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa and Justice Amin ud Din Khan kept on waiting for Justice Mansoor Ali Shah but he neither attended the meeting nor was any message sent by him.Judges committee constituted new bench on the matter of interpretation of article 63-A of the constitution. In 5-member bench Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan has been included in place of Justice Muneeb Akhtar.CJP proposed name of justice Mansoor Ali Shah . However Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan was included in the bench due to non participation of Justice Mansoor in committee meeting.
