As per Charter of Demand agreed upon with CDA Mazdoor Union administration, 65 lower cadre employees promoted as Junior Assistants

Islamabad: As per the Charter of Demand agreed upon with the CDA Mazdoor Union (CBA) administration, 65 lower cadre employees working in the organization were promoted as Junior Assistants.

An important ceremony was held at the CDA headquarters in this regard in which Chairman CDA Chief Commissioner Islamabad Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa, Member Administration Talat Mehmood, CDA Spokesperson Nawazish Ali Asim, Director HRD Madam Kinza Afsar, CDA Mazdoor Union General Secretary Chaudhry Muhammad Yasin, Deputy General Secretary Asad Mahmood, Chief Organizer Muhammad Asim Malik, Additional Chairman Izhar Abbasi, Media Coordinator Shahid Mahmood Satti and others participated.

While distributing letters among the promoted employees on this occasion, Chairman CDA Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa said that all the promoted employees deserve congratulations. All the employees have shown their skills. Let us work honestly and in good faith for the development of the institution and the prosperity of the citizens. He said that we will provide training to all employees and promotions will be given to employees purely on the basis of merit.

On this occasion, General Secretary of CDA Mazdoor Union Chaudhry Muhammad Yasin congratulated all the employees and said that in 2006, we got the CDA Board to allocate a thirty percent promotion quota for lower cadre employees, from which hundreds of employees were promoted in 2011. Today, Alhamdulillah, employees have been promoted on the basis of merit. We are grateful to Chairman CDA Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa, Member Administration Talat Mahmood and CDA administration for this initiative and hope that the remaining employees will also achieve promotion through hard work and dedication.

On this occasion, General Secretary of CDA Mazdoor Union Chaudhry Muhammad Yasin increased the promotion quota of lower cadre employees from thirty percent to fifty percent. A request was made to the chairman to cancel the meeting, which was approved.
