Islamabad: PTI leader and former speaker National Assembly (NA) Asad Qaisar has resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) for obtaining details of cases against him.He has filed petition in IHC in this regard.Interior minister, IGs of all the four provinces , chief commissioner, NAB and FIA have been made respondents in the petition.Asad Qaisar has taken plea in the petition that he fears from being arrested in such a case which is not already known to him. Therefore, orders be issued for providing him details of cases registered against him and inquiries or investigations against him in all over the country. Information about the cases registered with police, NAB or FIA be provided to him.According to petitioner PTI leadership or workers were lifted by registering false and baseless cases. Hundreds of false political cases have been registered against him.PTI leader took the plea he asked DIG operation Islamabad to give him details of cases but information were not provided.It is therefore, r equested that court should issue order to the respondents for filing details of cases registered against him.
