Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing bail plea of PTI founder Imran Khan on November 12 in Toshakhana-2 case.Justice Miangul hassan Aurangzeb will hear the bail plea.The court has already issued notice to FIA and sought reply.It is pertinent to mention here that special judge central had rejected bail plea of former chairman PTI Imran Khan while Bushra Bibi bail plea has been accepted in Toshakhana-2 case.NAB had arrested PTI founder and his wife Bushra Bibi in new reference of Toshakhana soon after they were granted bail in Iddat Nikkah case on July 13.FIA will file reply to court's notice on November 12. The court will move forward the case in the light of FIA reply.
