LAHORE: Appellate Tribunal (AT) of Lahore High Court (LHC) has allowed Moonis Elahi son of former Chief Minister Punjab Pervaiz Elahi to contest the by polls.Appeal plea filed by Moonis Elahi against the decision of returning officer came up for hearing in AT of LHC Tuesday.The AT while nullifying the Returning officer decision allowed Moonis Elahi to contest by polls.It is pertinent to mention here returning officer had rejected the nomination papers of Moonis Elahi in PP-158 .
