ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has cancelled arrest warrants of KP Chief Minister (CM) Ali Amin Gandapur for not appearing in the court due to his official engagements.The petition seeking suspension of arrest warrants of Ali Amin Gandapur CM KP issued in respect of a case registered against him in police station I-9 came up for hearing in ATC Islamabad Friday.Ali Amin Gandapur while surrendering before court said he could not appear in the court due to official engagements.During the hearing of the case KP CM requested the court to cancel the arrest warrants.The court accepted Ali Amin Gandapur plea in connection with cancellation of his arrest warrants.It may be mentioned KP CM Ali Amin Gandapur had filed petition in the court seeking suspension of his arrest warrants issued regarding a case registered in police station I-10 Islamabad.
