Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has confirmed interim bail of PTI leader Aliya Hamza, Intezar Panjutha and Falak Naz Baloch in February 8 violent rally and anti state slogans case.

Judge Irfan Haider of ATC Lahore announced reserved judgment.

Advocate Zubair Khalid appeared on behalf of PTI leaders. He took the plea that his clients are innocent and they have been implicated in the false case .

Police requested the court to adjourn proceedings on bail pleas.

However the court confirmed the interim bail of the three accused after the arguments of the respondents besides taking review of the record in details.

It is pertinent to mention here the case was registered against the accused for allegedly staging violent rally and raising anti state slogans on February 8
