Lahore: Counsel for PTI founder has completed arguments on bail pleas in 8 cases related to May 9 incident in Lahore High Court (LHC).LHC has summoned prosecution for arguments tomorrow.A two members bench of LHC presided over by Justice Shahbaz Rizvi heard bail plea of PTI founder in 8 cases related to May 9 incident Monday.Counsel for PTI founder argued prosecution case includes 1500 persons. PTI founder was not present on the occasion. PTI founder has already expressed his reservation on May 9 incident.NAB arrested PTI founder by entering into court. Police is plaintiff against PTI founder in 8 cases. When PTI founder was arrested then Supreme Court released him on May 11.Barrister Suleman Safdar said PTI founder was not in contact with any one from May 9 to May 11. PTI founder said he does not know what has happened behind him. He said he dissociates himself from this. Law will take its course.Counsel for PTI founder argued prosecution filed no application for photogrammetric and polygraphic t est till 14 months. PTI founder gave comprehensive reasons for not undergoing polygraphic test.He said challan against PTI founder has not come so far while Supreme Court (SC) has ordered to complete all trials related to May 9 within four months.The counsel argued one accused is Ejaz Chaudhry in this case who was present on the occasion.
