ATC sends PTI founder to jail on judicial remand in cases including New town police station case

Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has sent PTI founder Imran Khan to jail on judicial remand in New Town police case and other cases .The case registered against PTI founder in New Town police station came up for hearing in the court Monday.ATC judge Amjid Ali Shah heard the case in Adiala jail.PTI founder was presented in the court in case pertaining to New Town police station on completion of 6 days physical remand.The court sent Imran Khan to jail on judicial remand. PTI founder was also sent to jail on judicial remand in more 6 cases.The case registered against PTI founder related to September 28 protest was also heard.Investigation officer Rashid Kiyani and prosecutor Zahir Shah appeared in the court along with team while Faisal Chaudhry and Muhammad Faisal Malik counsel for PTI founder also appeared in the court.
