LAHORE: The court has handed over to police PTI leader Shabbir Gujjar on three days physical remandPolice presented Shabbir Gujjar in the court in the cases of attack on police party and firing. Police requested the court for 14 days physical remand.Judge Arshid Javed of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) took up the case for hearing Monday.The investigating officer said police party was attacked in Valencia town in the limit of Satto Katla police station. Shabbir Gullar and others ran over their vehicle on police. The accused fired on police party and subjected the police men to torture.The investigating officer took the plea Shabbir Gujjar snatched SMG rifle from police.Salim Ladi advocate from the accused side opposed the physical remand.The court approved 3-day physical remand of the accused.The court ordered to present Shabbir Gujjar again on April 25.
