Lahore: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) while directing to abolish terrorism clauses in the case of attacking woman for wearing dress with Arabic word in Ichra.The court has ordered to shift the case to session court for trial.Judge Arshid Javed took up the case for hearing Thursday.Police declared the Altamash Saqlain . Nadim , Muhammad Ali alias C hand Butt, Malik Khurram Shehzad and Adil Sarwar guilty. The accused Khalid Mehmood Khalid, Alim ud Din and Allama Saqib Ali were declared innocent.The case against the accused is registered in police station Ichra.The incident had taken place in the area of ichra where the provocative mob had besieged the woman due to her dress who had come therein for shopping with her husband.The mob had besieged the woman on the suspicion of desecrating sacred words.The dress which the woman was wearing was carrying the word halwa in Arabic language.
