Islamabad: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has accepted exemption plea from attendance in respect of former Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur in audio leaks case. Additional District and Sessions Judge Nasar Minallah Baloch heard the case Monday.

During the hearing of the case, the exemption plea was filed. The court approved exemption plea of Ali Amin Gandapur. The statements of the witnesses could not be recorded due to non availability of Ali Amin Gandapur. Ali Amin Gandapur was indicted during previous hearing in Audio Leaks case. The court summoned the witnesses of the prosecution again on next hearing. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till April 21. Case is registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in Golra police station.
