Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while summoning CCTV footage of kidnapping of brothers of Azhar Mashwani has adjourned hearing of the case till Thursday.

The court has directed Babar Awan counsel for petitioner to present the information about the vehicles used in kidnapping before it on next hearing.

The court issued these orders during the hearing of petition seeking recovery of missing brothers of Azhar Mashwani Tuesday.

Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked if some one delivers hate speech then he should be dealt with according to law. What is the fault of brothers in this matter. Neither father can be held responsible for son nor son can be held responsible for father. We are passing through very critical time. Interior secretary, police, ministry of defence and FIA are saying they are not with them. Either common man has lifted them or concerned personnel of the state , both are crimes. I hope both of them will be recovered with the efforts of Attorney General (AG).

gul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked as many people are going missing in the present government time as they had gone missing during previous government. But we have to decide as per law and constitution.

Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked situation can change tomorrow. But the court has to remain as it is. Ask us there is no difference between these and those. We have to implement law and constitution.

He observed expenses are be being incurred on the person they have lifted. What will be justification of these expenses. Eventually what will be gained. It seems to me these people will be recovered due to efforts of AG.

Babar Awan counsel for petitioner said Azhar Mashwani was told on telephone his brothers are in Islamabad. Azhar Mashwani was directed to withdraw his tweets related to human rights. The call from which number came relates to one of these two brothers as per report. It was said in the report which was filed that its data is not available. It can not happen so that data had ended.

ustice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked it means data stands deleted. Data can be recovered.

Babar Awan told the routes of the vehicles which lifted the kidnapped persons from their home be traced as well.

Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb inquired is he having CCTV footage.

The court directed Babar Awan whatever information he is possessing in respect of vehicles he should present it on next hearing.

Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked if there is CCTV then we will say to install them on screen.
