Lahore: Special Central Court (SCC) Lahore has adjourned till September 19 hearing of money laundering case against Former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and others.Money laundering case against Pervaiz Elahi and others came up for hearing in SCC Lahore Tuesday.FIA filed challan in the court against Pervaiz Elahi, Moonis Elahi, Zara Elahi and others. Under this challan other 8 accused including Moonis Elahi have been declared proclaimed offenders.Pervaiz Elahi,Zarar Elahi and other accused appeared in the court and signed the rolls.Aamir Saeed Ran advocate appeared on behalf of PTI leader in the court.During the hearing of the case, Pervaiz Elahi while moving to the judge said he is indisposed.The court directed him to sit in court room.Counsel for former CM Punjab said Zara Elahi is burqa clad (veiled) lady. Application for her permanent exemption from attendance has been filed. She will come when indictment is framed against her.The court summoned arguments from the res pondents on exemption plea of Zara Elahi.The court adjourned the hearing of money laundering case against Pervaiz Elahi, Zara Elahi and others till September 19.Earlier in an informal talk with the journalists in court, Pervaiz Elahi said he is still indisposed. I have come in reverence of the court. It was order of learned judge therefore, I had to come in the state of illness.To a question from the journalist that 3 years before Shehbaz Sharif was sitting on this chair in money laundering case and today you, he said smilingly give message to Shehbaz he should come and sit on this chair and I go there.Counsel Aamir Saeed Ran said Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi will not talk on politics of the country.Pervaiz Elahi said my legal advisor is sitting and he will tell about remaining things.FIA filed challan in the court against.
