Lahore: Hearing of bail plea of Shershah son of Aleema Khan and accused in Jinnah House attack case was held in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore on Tuesday.

Judge Manzar Ali Gill of ATC heard the case.

As per media reports the counsels of accused Sher shah and his father Sohail Amir Niazi also appeared in the court.

The record of the case was not produced by the prosecution in the court once again during the hearing of the case. Judge expressed annoyance over it.

Prosecution was of the view record of the case is in high court at present. Arguments cannot be given without it.

The court directed to make it binding on investigation officer DSP Javed to present record.

Advocate Rana Mudassar prayed that provision of record be ensured so that the hearing could move ahead.

Later the court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 4.
