RAWALPINDI:Hearing of removing barrier case against Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha was held in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi. Statement of another witness of prosecution was recorded.

The counsels for the accused persons filed petitions in connection with jail trial and for adjournment of hearing. The court adjourned further hearing till October 19.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC heard the case of removing barrier against Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha in Adiala jail.

Both the accused husband and wife were produced in the court.

The statement of one more prosecution witness was recorded during the hearing of the case.

The pleas were filed by the lawyers of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha with refernce to jail trial and for adjourning the hearing.

The defence counsels presented arguments on miscellaneous petitions.

The court adjourned further hearing of the case till Monday.
