PESHAWAR:Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar has challenged imposition of governor rule and emergency in KP in Peshawar High Court (PHC).

Barrister Gohar has filed petition in PHC through Ali Zaman advocate.

The respective authorities have been made respondents in the petition.

The court has been requested for early hearing of the petition and issuing order against governor rule and emergency in KP.

Talking to media men Barrister Gohar said imposition of governor rule and emergency has been challenged in PHC.

He said democratic government has been abolished by slapping governor rule and emergency. It is hoped court will restore democratic government.

He said he has requested court for early hearing of the petition.

We will continue our legal and constitutional struggle, he announced.
