We all accept 1973 constitution. All political parties accept constitution-1973. Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) will take decision with reference to transfer of judges. After selection by CJP, Prime Minister will see it. Later judges will be inducted in federation from other provinces with the signature of the president of Pakistan. It is not correct to say at all that judges cannot be appointed in Islamabad from other provinces.
