Quetta: Balochistan High Court (BHC) has stopped from opening the proposed tender notice till May 11, 2026 regarding demolition of Balochistan Assembly (BA)

The constitutional petitions filed by Aman Ullah Kinrani advocate and Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Raeesani came up for hearing before a division bench of BHC comprising Chief Justice Muhammad Kamran Khan Malakhail and justice Najam ud Din Mengal.

The court while issuing interim stay order stopped communication and works department from opening proposed tender notice for May 07, 2026 regarding demolition of BA till second date of hearing on May 11, 2026 .

The petitioner Aman Ullah Kinrani persuaded the case on his own.

Muhammad Riaz advocate appeared on behalf of Nawabzada Haji Lashkari Raeesani and Shabbik Baloch additional advocate general represented Balochistan government.
