Abbottabad: Body of Dr Warda who was allegedly kidnapped from DHQ hospital Abbotabad has been recovered from the area of Lari Banota.

Dr Warda who was appointed in DHQ hospital Abbottabad had gone out of hospital along with her friend on December 04.

Dr Ward had kept her 67 tollas gold with her friend as trust.

Her body has been shifted to hospital for postmortem.

According to police 9 persons including one Ridda, friend of Dr Warda , husband and driver have been arrested.

The lady accused Rida has confessed to hand over Warda to contract killers. One accused has been arrested on identification while the major culprit is absconding.

Police said search operation is underway in the forests of Thand Pani on identification by the arrested accused.

On the other hand Doctors Association have gone on strike. Protest of Doctors and Para medical association is underway in Haripur. All the services including OPD have been suspended in DHQ hospital.

Doctors and Para Medical Association have shut Dheenda road.

The protesters have demanded to immediately register FIR against the killers under terrorism act besides immediately suspending DPO Abbottabad and MS hospital.
