Lahore: Case against wife, father in law and brother in law of civil judge in the matter of writing fake letter in the name of Lahore High Court (LHC) has been dismissed.

Justice Tariq Mehmood Bajwa of LHC heard the case Tuesday.

The court wrapped up bail plea of wife of civil judge, his father in law and brother in law.

The court wrapped up the bail plea in the light of police report.

According to investigation officer baseless case was registered and the matter of writing fake letter was not proved during the investigation.

Anam wife , Ilyas father in law and Haseeb brother in law of civil judge had resorted to court for bail.

Waqar A Sheikh, Counsel for the accused persons gave arguments.

The counsel took the plea in the court Civil Judge Tandlianwala Ali Raza contracted second marriage by making fake permission of wife.

Wife of civil judge got registered case against the civil judge on making fake permission paper.

According to the counsel of the accused, civil judge made fake letter in the name of high court in nexus with local bar and got registered case by attributing the fake letter to his first wife, father in law and brother in law.

It was requested to court to approve bail plea of the accused persons in the baseless case.
