Islamabad: Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of Islamabad High Court (IHC) while adjourning hearing of case on non arranging meeting with Bushra Bibi in Adiala jail has said application on jail meeting will be decided after hearing it in details on merit.
We donot want to decide this case in haste. We will decide it once after hearing it in details on merit and comprehending the procedure. Arrange the meeting of her daughter with Bushra Bibi Whenever it is possible to you during this.
Superintendent Adiala Jail rejected the application for arranging meeting of her family and personal physician with Bushra Bibi.

The petition on family of Bushra Bibi, meeting with personal physician and provision of necessary goods came up for hearing in IHC.
Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir took up for hearing the petition filed by daughter of Bushra Bibi.
Advocate General Navid Malik and superintendent Adiala jail Sajid Beg appeared in the court.
Suleman Akram Raja appeared on behalf of the petitioner Mubashra Manika.
IHC has sought arguments in details on the petition related to meeting with Bushra Bibi .
Jail superintendent said there are 7200 prisoners in Adiala jail at present. Prisoners from Islamabad too are included in them. Separate days are fixed for meeting in view of nature of crimes. 6 meetings are arranged daily from Monday to Saturday daily. All meeting are arranged as per jail manual. PMIS system is in place in this regard.
During the hearing report was presented wherein Supdt Adiala jail rejected the plea seeking meeting of family and personal physician with Bushra Bibi
Supdt jail said in report political talk is made outside jail after meeting in jail.
Advocate General Islamabad said supdt Adiala jail has made decision on representations.
Advocate General Navid Malik said supdt Adiala jail did not allow for immediate meeting.

Suleman Akram Raja said he has mentioned reason for not arranging meeting. Report says political matters were discussed outside jail. Tweets of Maryam Riaz Wattoo sister of Bushra Bibi have been attached. She has never ever gone to Adiala jail. She lives abroad. How can the daughter be stopped from meeting on the basis of tweets of third person.
Justice Arbab said to advocate general Islamabad ” you should take affidavit from him.
Advocate General Navid Malik said we have not imposed ban for ever.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till May 14.
