Rawalpindi: Case has been registered against PTI leaders including sisters of Imran Khan under terrorism and other acts.

Case against them has been registered in connection with sit in 0utside Adiala Jail under terrorism act clauses in police station Baironi Sadar Rawalpindi.

According to police case has been registered under terrorism clauses.

Aleema Khan, Dr Uzma, Noreen Niazi, Qasim Khan, Suleman Akram Raja and Aalia Hamza have been nominated in the case.

According to FIR case has been registered against 35 nominated and 400 unknown accused. They include Naeem Panjutha, Tabish Farooq, Tayyaba Raja, Nadia Khattak, Haroon, Raja Asad Abbas, Zafar Gondal and Shafqat Ali Abbas.

Police said 14 accused were arrested on the occasion and they have been presented in anti terrorism court.

It was charged in the case that police was attacked with petrol bombs during the sit in. Violence was perpetrated and section 144 was violated.

According to police further investigation in to the incident is underway. Legal action will be initiated after identification of the other involved persons.
