Islamabad: Supreme Court (SC) has fixed for hearing the cases seeking revocation of the bail of accused persons in May 9 incident.
Appeal pleas filed by Punjab government for cancellation of bail of those accused in GHQ attack case will be heard on April 7.
The appeal pleas seeking cancellation of bail of 20 accused persons including Aliya Hamza have been fixed for hearing on April 8.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi will hear the appeal pleas filed by Punjab government.
Justice Shafi Siddiqui and Justice Shakil Ahmad will be part of this bench.
