Islamabad: Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) while fixing intra court appeal of the five judges of Islamabad High Court (IHC) for hearing has issued cause list.

According to cause list a 6-memnber FCC bench presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan will hear the intra court appeal.

A larger bench of FCC under Justice Amin ud Din Khan will hear the intra court appeal at 11 a.m on November 24.

The other members of bench are justice Hassan Rizvi, Justice Baqar Najafi, Justice KK Agha, justice , justice Rozi Khan, and justice Arshid Hussain.

It is pertinent to mention here a five members bench of SC had declared transfer of judges in Islamabad High Court correct. Against this decision five judges of IHC had filed intra court appeal.
