Lahore: Changing fuel prices on daily basis has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC).

A miscellaneous petition has been filed by Judicial Activism Panel in LHC. The petitioner has taken the plea injustice is being done with the people by enhancing prices of petroleum products. More burden of inflation is being shifted to people by repeatedly changing the price of petroleum products.

The petitioner said government has no clear mechanism to change prices of petroleum products.

It has been requested in the petition court should order to seek complete record related to change in the prices of petroleum products from government.
