Lahore: Chief Justice (CJ) Lahore High Court (LHC) has sought all the record of Provisional National Identification List ( PNI list).Court summoned complete record of PNI list from Punjab governmentPetition against preventing citizens from travelling abroad under PNI list came up for hearing in LHC Tuesday.Chief Justice LHC Aalia Neelum heard the petition filed by citizen Munir Ahmad and directed counsel for Punjab government to present record within 10 days.The court remarked we want to see if there are criminal people in the list or only political people. Whose name have been included in the list, complete record be presented.The petitioner took the plea PNI list does not exist in law. Name can be placed in Passport control list and ECL.
