Islamabad: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi has issued additional dissenting note in Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto case.He has remarked therein that trial court and appellate court have not met norms of fair trial in the case.An additional note containing 5 pages has been issued.The CJP said the significance of accepting courageous differences of Justice Durab Patel, Justice Muhammad Haleem and justice G Safdar Shah is highlighted due to decision of case of former prime minister. They stood by their stance despite difficult situation.
