Peshawar: Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi has resorted to Peshawar High Court (PHC) for protective bail and provision of details of cases against him.

The petition said Sohail Afridi is CM KP. Therefore, details of the cases registered against him be provided.

The CM KP has requested the court to fix his petition for hearing today.

It is pertinent to mention here Sohail Afridi who belongs to tribal areas has become CM KP a few days back. Ali Amin Gandapur had resigned from the office of CM KP.
