Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has approved protective bail of Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi till November 18.A two members bench of PHC comprising justice Ejaz Anwar and Justice Naeem Anwar took up for hearing a petition filed by CM KP Sohail Afridi seeking details of cases against him.The court approved protective bail plea of CM KP.The court while seeking details of the cases against KP CM Sohail Afridi ordered not to arrest him in any case.Justice Ejaz Anwar inquired during the hearing of the case CM KP Sohail Afridi is nominated in what FIR.Advocate General (AG) replied we don't know how many FIRs are there. May be FIRs are registered against me.Talking to media men on the occasion of his arrival in PHC KP CM Sohail Afridi said I am going to meet PTI founder Imran Khan. It will be my endeavor meeting is held with him.He said he represents millions of people. Those who are not allowing to meet Imran Khan should realize I am CM.Sohail Afridi said the list of cabinet which has b een issued is fake. Cabinet will be finalized after meeting with PTI founder.
