Peshawar: Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi has written a formal letter to CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz on not arranging his meeting with PTI founder Imran Khan in Adiala jail.

As per media reports CM KP through his letter has expressed grave concern over not allowing him to meet with PTI founder despite court's orders and meting out ill treatment to the sisters of Imran Khan.

According to the text of letter sisters of PTI founder and their family members were not allowed to meet Imran Khan despite court's orders.

The elderly ladies were made to sit on roads one kilometer away.

The CM KP termed it inhuman, unethical and flagrant violation of court's orders.

CM KP has presented four demands to Punjab government in his letter that court's orders be implemented forthwith. Action be taken against those who were involved in mistreatment with the sisters of PTI founder.

Sohail Afridi has demanded clear orders be given to jail and police authorities in connection with arrangement for meeting with PTI founder.

A dignified and legal system be established in connection with meetings with PTI founder in jail.

CM KP said PTI founder is former Prime Minister and Quaid of his party. While government is in place in KP under PTI mandate. Therefore, the violation of fundamental rights of PTI founder is not acceptable in any way.
