Lahore: Accountability Court (AC) Lahore has decided to indict former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Pervaiz Elahi and other accused persons in reference related to alleged corruption in development projects of Gujarat.

The court has fixed January 15 for indictment.

Judge of AC heard the reference related to alleged corruption in development projects in Gujarat.

Copies of reference were provided to the co-accused including Suleman Ahmad and Muzaffar Iqbal during the hearing of the case.

The court also sought arguments on the petition against confiscating and auctioning assets of Chaudhry Moonis Elahi son of Pervaiz Elahi.

Moonis Elahi has filed this petition through his mother Qaisra Elahi . He has given general attorney to her mother.

Muhammad Khan Bhatti, Khalid Mehmood, Sohail Asghar Awan, Asif Mehmood and others are co-accused in the reference.

The court has fixed January 15 for indictment of all the accused.
