ISLAMABAD: The court has given indication to issue arrest warrants of president Asif Ali Zardari in NAB case while counsel for Asif Ali Zardari has sought presidential immunity from court.According to media reports, Thatta water supply reference against Asif Ali Zardari and others came up for hearing in Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad Monday.Judge Nasir Javed Rana of AC heard the case.Judge remarked during hearing of the case one accused has not signed roll . if he does not appear then his arrest warrants will be issued.The counsel for president Asif Ali Zardari sought presidential immunity saying petition has been filed on behalf of Asif Ali Zardari for presidential immunity.The report regarding NAB presidential immunity was presented in the court.According to NAB report under article 248 of the constitution president enjoys presidential immunity.The court adjourned the hearing of the case till May 21.
