SIALKOT: Defence Minister Khawaja Asif has said the country has become bankrupt and we are inhabitants of a bankrupt country.

He said this while addressing a convocation of a private college here Saturday.

He went on to say the terrorists were settled on our land one and a half year before. Such games were played that terrorism became our destiny. Whosoever raised voice against it was exiled.

He remarked “ I spent most of the time in opposition. Whatever is talked in TV programs have nothing to do with the reality.

The solution to all problems lies in the country and not with IMF, he said.
