Lahore: Accountability Court (AC) Lahore has accepted exemption plea of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab and PTI leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi for one day in reference of alleged corruption in development projects.Judge Zubair Shahzad of AC Lahore heard the corruption reference against Pervaiz Elahi Wednesday.During the hearing of the case one day exemption plea was filed in respect of Pervaiz Elahi.NAB prosecutor took the plea during hearing of the reference the verified copies of high court decision have been provided a day before on the appeal for providing documents of NAB inquiry. Consultation has to be made now in this regard either high court decision has to be challenged in Supreme Court (SC) or otherwise.NAB prosecutor requested court should give time for consultation in regard to high court decision.The court while accepting exemption plea of Pervaiz Elahi for one day adjourned the hearing till November 10.
