Lahore: Special Customs Court (SCC) has approved bail of the accused in the case of recovery of foreign currency from airhostess at Lahore Airport.The case came up for hearing before SCC led by judge Roy Yasin Shaheen Wednesday.Prosecutor told the court during the hearing of the case foreign currency was recovered from the accused at Lahore airport and her CCTV footage is also available.Later the court approved bail of accused airhostess Asia in recovery of foreign currency case.The court while accepting bail of the accused Asia against the surety bonds in the sum of Rs 5 lac issued written order.The court also gave reference of high court decision in model Ayyan Ali case.The court wrote in its decision that the counsel of the accused said her client is performing duty of airhostess since 20 years. No criminal case has come to fore during the 20 years career of the accused.The investigation from the accused has been completed.
