Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has approved 2-day protective bail of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha. IHC has ordered for not arresting Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha. Justice Azam Khan of IHC heard the petition filed by Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha Wednesday.

The court ordered Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha to file surety bonds worth Rs 10000 each. The legal branch in district Sessions Court Islamabad has been locked after the new FIR against Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha has come to open.

Sources said legal branch staff is alleged of leaking FIR. Legal branch was locked under the orders of senior police officers.

FIR was registered against Imaan Ali and Hadi Ali Chatha in July. Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha had not obtained bail in connection with FIR.

Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha are present in high court since yesterday in connection with protective bail in FIR.
