Rawalpindi: Additional District and Sessions Judge Rawalpindi Afshan Ejaz Sufi has awarded 42 years Rigorous Imprisonment (RI) and Rs 6 lac fine to a teacher nominated in case of subjecting 3 students to sexual abuse.

In case of default of payment of fine , the accused will have to undergo 6 months imprisonment each.

Jatli Police had registered case on the report of brother of a victim student on November 26, 2023.

As per case Qari Muhammad Yousuf resident of Jhangi Sayyedan was charged with molesting brother of the plaintiff and two other students of 9 and 12 years old in a madrissah located on Chakri road.
