Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has dismissed the bail after arrest plea of Israr Majeed accused in black mailing a lady doctor of a private hospital by making her obscene video.

Justice Wahid Khan of LHC dismissed the bail plea.

As per media report, Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Raja Khurram appeared in the court on behalf of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

He took the plea the accused earlier worked as driver in a private hospital. He installed secret cameras in the wash room of the lady doctor with the help of security guard after having been dismissed from service. ‘

The court was told the accused demanded Rs 25 lac from the lady doctor by making unethical video.

The FIA took the action on the complaint of son of lady doctor and arrested the accused.

The counsel for the accused took the plea he is in jail since 10 months and real facts will come to open during trial.

The court however remarked the alleged act of the accused is of grave nature and he does not deserve for any relief.

Therefore, his bail plea was dismissed.
