Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has extended protective bail of Chief Minister (CM) KP Sohail Afridi till November 27.The petition filed by CM KP in connection with his protective bail and details of cases came up for hearing before justice Ijaz Anwar and Justice Waqar Ahmad Tuesday.Proceedings could not take place in PHC due to lawyers strike.Upon it the court extended protective bail of CM KP till November 27.The court sought details of the cases from respective respondents again.The court also ordered for not arresting Sohail Afridi till November 27 in any case registered against him.The counsel for KP requested the court during the hearing of the case cases against Sohail Afridi are registered in Islamabad and different areas.Details of the cases be provided to CM KP so that he could resort to the respective courts.
