Court grants bail to Afghan boy lifted from PTI dharna

Islamabad: District Court Islamabad has approved bail OF Afghan boy who was lifted from PTI dharna.The court approved bail after arrest plea of Afghan boy against surety bonds in the sum of Rs 50000.Naima Iffat Judicial magistrate accepted bail plea.One Sumair Hakimi Afghan boy is residing in Islamabad legally. Police lifted him from vegetable market Islamabad on November 24 considering him a foreigner.The court ordered to release him on December 12.Police had arrested him again after he came out of court. He was charged with residing in Pakistan illegally.Case was registered against the accused under 14 foreigners act.Wali Khan counsel for the petitioner appeared in the court Wednesday.He took the plea his client was arrested during PTI protest. Bail was obtained in respect of him from the court and even then he was arrested again by police. Case under foreign act was registered against him despite the fact he had come to Pakistan by fulfilling all legal formalities. The case is illega l and unconstitutional. Therefore, orders be issued for releasing him on bail.The court while accepting bail plea of the accused Sameer Hakimi ordered to release him.
