Rawalpindi: Special judge Central Shah Rukh Arjumand has issued arrest warrants of Bushra Bibi in new expensive Bvlgari jewelry case.The court has issued notice to guarantor of Bushra Bibi.The court issued the arrest warrants due to persistent absence of Bushra Bibi.The accused were to be indicted on Thursday during hearing of the case in Adiala jail.Former chairman PTI was presented in the court.At the inception of hearing court inquired from counsels of the accused where is Bushra Bibi while Suleman Safdar counsel for Bushra Bibi had assured on previous hearing that she would appear in the court.Usman Gil, counsel for Bushra Bibi took the plea several new cases have been registered against Bushra Bibi .In some cases protective bail has been got and she has gone to court to seek bail in other cases.The counsel for the accused assured the court full cooperation will be extended in trial. On December 9 either Bushra Bibi will appear herself or her pleader will be appointed.Counsel for FIA req uested the court to issue arrest warrants of Bushra Bibi. Trial cannot be stopped even if Bushra Bibi does not come.Barrister Gohar took the plea Bushra Bibi is unwell and several new cases have been registered against her. Court has to do justice with compassion. Therefore, court should give a date. Bushra Bibi will appear on next hearing.Barrister Gohar said our cases are being run on fast track basis.Counsel for FIA took the plea Bushra Bibi does not deserve for further relief for not appearing in the court. What more compassionate attitude should court adopt. Bushra Bibi appeared in the court in 2 out of 10 hearings.The court issued arrest warrants of Bushra Bibi besides issuing notice to her guarantor.
