Rawalpindi: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has issued non- bailable arrest warrants of Aleema Khan sister of Imran Khan for the 4th time in November 26 protest case.
ATC Judge Amjid Ali Shah took up for hearing November 26 protest case against Aleema Khan Wednesday.
The court ordered to arrest Aleema Khan and present her before it on October 24, Friday.
The court while ordering to forfeit surety bonds of Rs 1 lac in respect of Aleema Khan has directed city police officer to get implement arrest warrants.
Show cause notice was issued to Muhammad Sharif guarantor of Aleema Khan. Guarantor has given guarantee of Rs 1 lac in respect of Aleema Khan.
The court while expressing displeasure over police report regarding abscondment of Aleema Khan said this report is bogus.
The court issued contempt of court notice to SP Rawal Muhammad Saad and DSP Waris Khan Naeem for filing bogus report.
The court has directed both of the officers to appear before it on October 24 in person.
The court remarked both of the officers filed bogus and fabricated report. If Aleema Khan is absconding then how her media talk is broad cast daily. Questions were raised upon it. Reports are there on social media and other medias regarding presence of Aleema Khan.
The court ordered to forfeit surety bonds worth Rs 85 lac in respect of 4 vehicles.
Hearing of the case was adjourned till October 24.
